We're searching for a talented BD manager, passionate about web3, with previous experiences in sales management, eager to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify sales opportunities and leads.
  • Develop and utilise creative communication strategies to engage potential clients (Discord, emails, LinkedIn, Telegram, X, customer calls and more).
  • Build and manage relationships with our potential clients, set the stage to close deals.
  • Sales execution and customer account management.
  • Collaborate closely with the BD, DevRel and marketing teams to refine outreach and product development strategies based on market feedback.
  • Become our customer's advocate to communicate their needs and market trends to the engineering teams to ensure that we continue to deliver products our customers really need.
  • Provide non-technical customer support and oversee billing.
  • Help with online and offline events organisation (conferences, hackathons, workshops).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales execution and management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging according to the audience.
  • Experience with CRM: creating leads, taking notes, recording meetings, tracking and owning a sales pipeline and customer information.
  • Experience with Discord and Telegram outreach.
  • Resilience in high-volume outreach.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced dynamic startup environment.

Nice to have:

  • Sales experience in Web3.
  • A keen understanding of Web3 landscape and a desire to shape its future.
  • Technical background.
